Heart of Mary Catholic School is a faith-based school that serves students from Pre-K through 8th grade. The school was established in 1899 in Mobile, AL and acts as a steppingstone or feeder school for other Catholic schools in the area.
THE ASSIGNMENT
Recent marketing research has shed light on some of the school’s shortcomings and the school would like to improve their facilities, staff, and curriculum. With proper funding, the school can continue serving the community and supporting the education of many more. A new look and marketing materials are needed to secure donor funding.

THE SOLUTION
A revamped brand identity complete with a new school mascot, website, swag, and brochure were created. The dated profile logo is replaced with a modern interpretation of the school name. The school initials come together to form a heart within the center, forming a shape nodding to chapel architecture. This new brand identity secured needed funding to propel the school into a new era of modern academics.
